Energy Efficiency Grant- Round 2

Please provide the information below as accurately as possible to progress the grant application process.

1. Act in the best interest of the Client, providing their best reasonable efforts to apply for the grant on behalf of the Client, in alignment with the processes outlined by the Australian Government;
   
2. Prepare the grant application for the Client, commencing and submitting the application only after authorisation/confirmation received from the Client in writing (i.e. on signed return of this document). The grant application will be presented to the Client for their approval prior to submission.;
3. Execute the project proposed to the Client and in the grant application, within the cost outlined therein;
4. Keep all information provided by the Client confidential.

1. Is the facility owner or a representative of the facility owner, board, or Chief Executive Officer, and hereby provides consent for CCR to prepare and submit the grant application on their behalf and undertake the project when successful.
2. Agrees to provide CCR and its representatives the relevant data and information to the best of their ability to support the grant application process, as well as authorise the access to grant application portal at all times throughout the lifecycle of the project;
3. Upon receiving the Grant, the Client shall exclusively award the project to CCR, on terms to be agreed in accordance with the project proposal included in the grant application.
4. Agrees and acknowledges that utilisation of the grant funding on any items or services not specifically outlined in the original application, is strictly prohibited by the Australian Government. Further, should this occur, the client may be liable for any and all costs borne by CCR up to that point in time to assist in the Client’s receipt of the grant.
5. Agrees and acknowledges that utilisation of the grant funding is open to audit by the Australian Government at any time, and the Government may at any time demand return of the grant funds if they identify any discrepancies and deviation from the original scope.
